About Us
Nicolai P. Stecher

Nicolai P. Stecher plays the part of Jeff Lane. He also directs, edits, produces and writes for the series. Nicolai has a very versatile acting range, however he particularly likes to play villainous roles, as he often does in the series. Nicolai is a skilled editor and director and is very keen to enter the film, art and literature world.
Nicolai leads a tranquil life, happy to be his individual self and fiercely proud of his non-conformist mentality – which is highlighted through his dealings with other people. Nicolai lives, like Reuben, in Melbourne and is emphatic about espousing a bohemian attitude to life. Nicolai’s motto is to always keep learning and improving.
Reuben van Bemmel
Reuben van Bemmel plays Gary Simmonds and also writes for the series. As of 2008, Reuben is doing year 12 VCE. He enjoys spending time with friends, his cats and loves dark chocolate and jazz. The character of Gary is partially based on these mannerisms that Reuben so idiosyncratically flaunts. Although before Electro Muskrats, Reuben hadn’t had much experience in the field of writing and acting, he displays a natural talent for them. Reuben’s interests in politics, urban planning, public transport, environmentalism, economic issues, crime and fighting random religious cults are extensively presented in his blog: www.reubenville.blogspot.com
Nick Defteros
Nick is our number one man for camera work and is also involved in a number of acting roles. Nick’s enthusiasm for acting and putting on a good show are as inimitable as they are desired. Not unlike Reuben, Nick holds a firm anti-freeway and anti-Labor sentiment. Nick, unlike Reuben, is conservative and is a keen soccer-player.
Andy Hendry
Andy Hendry is our go-to guy on all things IT and Myspace. He is helps out with camera work and has a couple of minor acting roles. Andy has helped us immensely in the capacity of floor-manager and also with finding locations – namely his warehouse conversion apartment, which was used as Dr Knott’s lair. Andy, like Nick, is conservative – and is somewhat a film connoisseur.
Mr. Phobes
Phobes is a dropkick actor who will do anything so long as adequate catering is provided. As the brutish landlord, Mr. Ricketts, his god-given gift of punching Reuben comes into good use. His skills as a cameraman on the final days of the first series were also a great help, and he generally seems to lift the atmosphere, when involved.
